FAQs: Under a Canopy of Stars III​

This one is fairly easy to work out (famous last words!) so here goes:

Crop: Farsight Flowers (5.5 hours) plantable on Main Field and Green Meadow
Drop: Lens - When harvesting Trees and Crops on Main Field and Green Meadow
Milling Item: Telescope requires 10 Lenses and 1,085 Farsight Flowers

20 Telescopes required to finish the event so:

200 Lenses
21,700 Farsight Flowers
As always, please correct me if I have made a mistake with the maths, not my forte.
I am undecided for the moment but may do it for a break from raising critters.

rewards are a bit pants and the cloud row is ...meh, but seems an easy event to get another CR and drops should be no problem if you put in long crops overnight...so just churning out the crops over 2 fields and that's it...should be a doddle

Drop rate is... not 1:1 from Amaranth´s I think... drop rate is going to be "poor"... Quess, only quess...

19 Telescopes needed to get the cloud row and givers, so 20615 Farsight Flowers and 190 Lenses. To get the Piccolo Box on the last step of the 4th constellation, your numbers are right.

Like upa70 said: cloud row = meh. The Crate O'Fertilizer gives a chance to win 3 super grow, 1 Suzy super grow, 1 turbo mulch or 1 power feed.

Forgot to say, someone, as in ME, forgot that they had activated a +100% animal bonus with a Pinkest Pie that finishes at 14h00 tomorrow so I will worry about the drops later on in the event! Lucky not too many needed ...

 

You can get a fair share of the drops from your neighbors.

 

Thanks Illy for numbers. Looks like a fun event with cute graphics. Alas, real life keeps me busy and I would only stress trying to keep up with harvests, so will give this a pass.

I will send a drop item to anyone who indicates they are working the event. I wish there was a dedicated area/page where players would post if they are doing the event. If I know someone needs drops I am happy to send one.

I wasn't going to do this event. Very MEH! THEN they went and added season points. So now it's meh with with a little salt added for "flavor"...so the usual 3 farms will participate...and however far they get is however far they get considering RL is far more important and I haven't harvested this farm in 2 days. Seriously lackluster event.

 

** smile ** I think I get those but maybe rate is not so great if 21000 plants and only 200 drops, I mean that.

200 drops which using 2 fields I honestly do not think is going to be an issue! I have both fields planted with Amaranth for 1st harvest and 4 howies on each land. I have NO pens and 1 Jumbo tree on each land! Good luck and Happy Farming everyone!

 

I'm sitting this one out....too sick, too tired, too much effort right now. Putting farm in long crops and going back to bed.

 

Magic trees and neighbours giving drops are the best help, when drop rate is poor.
I'll need those season points from this event.

I'm in need of just about 500 AEP and The Sunflower Hills will be opened!! Maybe then, I try the event. It seems to be a lot of work for no real reward (I don't do Season events).

Yes, Nala777 has been great and created a SOS drop for at least the last 3 events. With 10 drops to mill 1 telescope, I don't think it will be hard to get the 190-200 to finish the event. 1 harvest of the 2 event fields loaded with 202 (1x1) plots with CAC will mean milling 1 telescope... and that is not appealing...

just harvested 2 fields of chrysanthemum and got 257 lenses (drops)...all done there then

 

Not 1:1, but almost - 401 from 404 small fields.

 

Well I am late to the party. I was ill in the night and way overslept this morning. I prepped fields yesterday morning, so moving ahead with my plan. Don't think I care if I get this done, just doing what I can, reaping what rewards I can. David is right - seriously the worst event ever.

Without any long term crops and not having harvested my Magic Trees since the event began, plus two gifted lenses, I have managed to get 104 lenses. Think I will be okay despite my muppetry preparation.

 

I was wrong - only this time - but I was wrong - 186 + 178 drops from Amaranth Easy-as-easy-can-be !
