I am on PC through a browser. I have been out and come back.

It took several attempts to load the game.

 

Have you tried the Standalone client to see if that works better? Though it took several attempts to load the game, are you now successfully logged in?

The IT department is aware of the issue, but report the game should be more stable now.

Can you confirm that you can load the game and play?

I could not get into the stand alone at all.

I have been able to load the game, but sometimes need to refresh and it's very slow.

same problem here , got it to load now wont harvest . games gone downhill just lately always seems to be problems , .

I, too, have experienced a slower game and the need for frequent refreshing. The Team is working on it. Let's hope they find a solution soon
