Bug subscription prob

    the monthly allotment of fertilizer and power feed have not shown up yet.

    I got the initial allotment when I joined, but none since (to my knowledge).
    If I did get them and have forgotten, then I extend my sincerest apologies for bothering you.

    I assume you are referring to the ones coming with the Diamond premium membership. You have not received them yet, but you should receive them on the 1st of February - so I will leave the thread open until then, to check again if they are booked correctly, and if not, I will report it to the Game Team for further investigations.

    I apologise for the wait, and I really hope everything will go well.

    I got my new supply of Suzie's Super Grow, but nothing else.

    So will this make double my allotment since I missed January's ???

    Unfortunately we are unable to check if you have received them on the 1st of January anymore, but we can check if you will get it tomorrow until the end of the day. :( Then you will have to contact Support I am afraid for more details and to find out what happened at the beginning on this month.

    I'll be checking your logs tomorrow and update you at midnight CET the latest, in case they don't get booked.

    I am happy to confirm that you have received the Super grow and Power feed, so the subscription is working well:
    01.02.2015, 03:45:51 CET premium-diamond-monthly-powerfeed, +10, total: 15
    01.02.2015, 03:45:51 CET premium-diamond-monthly-supergrow, +25, total: 129​

    If you are convinced you have not received them for January, please contact Support for this matter, because we are no longer able to check those logs so there is no action we can take.
