I have 4 sugar trees in the magical glade + I add it suzies super fertalizer and I only got in return 18 sugar, not only this is not correct but also I can not believe that with all that I have in the glade between trees and animals I only get 18 sugar. Help please my ID is 19438660,

IN your case; you have 20 sugar + 18 drops, so you have a total of 38 sugar.

I am sorry this is not the case, but I have checked your trees and everything is working correctly. You had 43 units of sugar, and after harvesting your 4 glade trees, you have 63. I have fast-forwarded them for you so you can try it yourself as well as soon as you log in, and let us know if the amounts are wrong. We are not able to confirm your sugar amount before and after the harvest you have mentioned, but I can confirm that everything is working as it should now, and that you did receive 18 drops at that time.
