    I tried unsuccesfully to claim the first gift. It was Blinking but I could not get it. As it was still July 1ST when I tried it should have work.
    July 2nd was not working either
    Please help

    It may be July 1st where you are but all events are based on Germany's time and currently that is CEST. July 1st daily gift closed at 23:59 CEST which was just about an hour ago. To claim the gift, click on the blue + sign and redeem the required BBs. Please try again to claim the 2nd daily gift as there doesn't seem to be any issue with your account.

    Kindly, please let us know if you are able to claim it or if you have trouble.

    NO I am aware that there are 6 hours difference. I tried to access it before 6pm my time. now the #1 is still blinking, 2 is not responding either. It is very frustrating.

    If you can see #1 blinking, there is a display error. Please can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and also your Flash cache. I have cleared your user cache also. Please refresh your browser after following the steps provided and try re-logging into the Game. Can you claim the 2nd Gift now?
