Summer Giveaway

On day 7 I opened the coconut which gave the tree super mulch as a gift, I do not remember how much now. I opened this shortly after the start of a "new day" of 12.00 CET (which is 11.00 p.m. GMT). I also did other things on the farm at this time. Now the coconut shows up blank and I cannot open the extra gift on the second row, having opened day 12.

Please re-open the day 7 so that I ca open the extra gift. I do not want the mulch again, I rarely use it except by accident!!

Despite being logged in several times on the 10th of June, the coconut appears to not have been collected, and the summer giveaway not visited until the 11th, so there is nothing we can do, I am really sorry. As soon as the midnight comes, it is impossible for us to unlock the past days coconuts.

I apologise for this inconvenience. Is there anything else I could assist you with?

I did unlock it as this was how I knew what the gift was. If I contact support will they be able to help?

As I was just asking one of your fellow farmers - do you happen to have other accounts as well? This would explain the misunderstanding. You are more than welcomed to contact Support, but they will not be able to assist you either, because the logs are simple text notes in this case, we cannot amend anything related to the summer giveaway.
