Super Friends No Longer Gifting???

I have two Super Friends, Drake and Harvey, (from the Mentoring System). Lately I haven;t got any gifts from them.
Kindly check my log for the last 5 days and advise why this is so.

I apologise for the very late reply.

The superfriends do give gifts without problems, but in order to have the pop-ups showing up, you now must enable the pop-ups from neighbours gifts - otherwise the rewards will be booked without notice.
