    Hi, Any news on why this just started happening? This started right after I bought BB's also Windows 10 keeps popping up to upgrade me from Windows 7 and I don't want to...what do you think?

    Hello DBAYES,

    Have you tried the usual troubleshooting steps, clearing cache and Flash cache etc? We cannot advise you whether to update your system, that is your choice :oops: you can also try resetting your Modem as well.

    I use Google Chrome and rebooted modem etc... Went over to IE and no problems at all.:) Just had to switch browsers.
