    I'm not sure I write in the right section, so sorry and feel free to move it if I'm not...

    I thought that if I was logged in the game from the US flag and write support I would get to the EN support...

    I have now written twice the last week and I get answered by the Danish support!!
    Why?

    If you are playing under the English language, the tickets should reach the English queue indeed. However, teams cannot interfere with each other's activity, and each player has to stick to their own language support.

    We will be looking into this matter to see if there is a problem with the support form and linked languages.
