    I have been trying to post something to support and it won't seem to go thru. Support said I had to be logged in to post and I am but not going thru???

    Hello cats50 :)

    Yes, you need to be logged into your farm when you open a Support ticket. This is necessary to verify the account.

    To open the form, you first go to the ?! button at the top right hand side of the screen and when the submenu opens, click the ! button. There you will fill out the information requested.

    No I guess I will just leave them in inventory as I can't get thru to support. Have tried all day and it won't work. Never mind I guess

    You can try the other ways to contact Support as explained here.

    Did any of the options work? If not what address do you use to log in to the Game? Is it through BigPoint or a third party?

    Additionally, I can tell you that you need to log into the game via a web browser. If you use the Client to send a support ticket, they do not receive our credentials and will ask you to resubmit while logged in.
