Surprise rewards

    Hi, I just harvested a field of wheat and I got a pop-up message saying I had won:
    • 30 Suzy Super Grow
    • 30 Super Grow
    • 1 Easter Marmalade
    • 1 Zucchini Apple Bread
    • 1 Carrot Bread
    • 1 Spring Wreath
    Don't get me wrong, I'm delighted to have them, I just don't know why I got them. (They are in my barn.) Was this a delayed pop-up from something else? I don't recall missing a reward from some quest, but that's all I can figure it is as I'm in-between levels.

    Hi!

    I got this same pop-up message, after harvesting fields of hazlenuts and kohlrabi, and had the same question.

    Did you buy the Nepal charity cloud row? I think these are 'thank you' gifts for purchasing the cloud row.

    PNP, I did buy the Nepal charity row when it first came out. I was pretty sure I got the rewards at the time I bought it, but maybe I didn't.

    BP just issued these rewards recently and a script was run for those accounts.

    Hello EssaB,

    The rewards were part of an email campaign sent to players that had purchased the Charity row as a thankyou for your support. As puppiesnponies stated, several users did not receive the email and a script was run to book those players that were effected.

    No, thank you! That explains it. I was one of the ones who didn't get the email. That was a great way to start off a Monday morning.
