survey not giving movie points

    I have done the survery twice in the movie area and twice it has not given me the points for it.

    Have you reopened the cinema and checked your points? You won't always get a notification to inform you of your point, but they should still be credited to your account.

    Could you please be so kind and let us know how long before the post did you complete the survey? Did you watch any movies as well? Which survey was it? Was it the Farmerama one ? Which was the last step - have you managed to complete it? Please give us as many details as possible. ​
