    Starts: Tuesday, 21st of August at 14:00 CEST (UTC+2)
    Ends (News): Tuesday, 21st of August at 22:00 CEST (UTC+2)

    Tuesday, today is the 21st
    I see this starts on the 21st @ 14:00 and ends on the 21st @ 22:00 does that mean the improvement will only last that long (8 hours) OR will this improvement be a permanent thing?
