Sweet Birthday offers

I purchased the small offer from the Sweet Birthday Offer pack 1 and I thought that would have unlocked Cake Paradise magic stalk row for me but, when I try to add deco items it takes me back to the sales page.

You had the option between the Cake Paradise and Sweet Cake cloud rows and then you purchase the package. You selected the Sweet Cake cloud row and it is ready for you to add items on it to activate it.

Thanks Farmer Almanac the Sweet cake cloud row is not allowing me to place my deco items.

 

That is so very odd. I've tested your account again and now it is allowing deco items to be placed on the Cake Paradise cloud row.

Would you please see which row you can place items on?

 

I entered cake into the search and 2 came up. The Sweet cake magic stalk row is now in green but, will not allow me to add deco items. The other row is The Cake Paradise magic stalk row which is grayed out but, it will allow me to now add deco items. That was the 2nd package correct? I'm glad I have a row now but, is it the correct row?

Looking back at the FAQ that is correct so, all is well. It may have helped that I cleared my cache. Thank you so much for your time and A Happy Birthday to all who make this experience a delight!! NFQ you can close this thread
