You can copy and paste the table above, but only the text is pasted, not the table.
You can make a table from Excel, then copy and paste it into your post.
On the far right side at the top above where you write a post, a table can be inserted.

Click on the table icon. Click on the number of columns and rows you require. Click insert and begin writing in the boxes, like you have in your second post in this thread.
