    I finished all the donation in the Mall buildings and have 2 scissors and 2 gift boxes to open (each require 1 scissors) but I cannot open them as instead of the green button I have active only blue one BUY....how can I use 2 scissors I have to open those 2 gift boxes?

    Have you tried refreshing your Game to see if that helps solve the problem?
    Were you able to donate the 2 scissors?

    Can I assist you further?

    I got it! Refreshing did not help, but after I used a Birthday Beads I was able to use the scissors!
