Taste the Season

Both farms were done yesterday, still sowing the event crop for more gifts. I used the 56 S'mores + 1 Hot Cocoa to fill the 113 steps and now just milling Hot Cocoa to get more Star Coins. I'm not that impressed with the givers, their EP is OK but I'd rather have givers that give out crates instead.

 

Update: I got the CR yesterday morning and fed Max for stars to get both givers. They're on Baha for now. Too busy in RL to think about best benefit and relieved to get the CR. Miscounted the number of feeds needed to complete and milled more cocoa only to discover after reseeding, I had enough to complete 113. So happy this event is in the rearview. Not at all sure I will even read FAQ/Strategy for the new one (ha, ha!) And this morning's City Tasks had two which were identical (no, I was not seeing double!). Not even going to try to analyze the why of that

Of course, I cleared most of Main field night before last to put down extra plots which resulted in my being two trees short of 7 needed to harvest to fill one of yesterday's City event tasks! Added two Slope Point trees and mulched all 7 so I could fill yesterday's final City task

Thanks for the reminder about the CR - I won it a couple of days ago and completely forgot to activate it!
I finished it feeding Sheldon S'Mores and had lots of crops left so milled 7 Hot Chocolates to feed Max today.

The next event is over two weeks, just hope consideration has been given to farmers being otherwise occupied during these two weeks.

I have been trying to make sense of the Event, but I guess when we actually get to attempt it, it will be self-explanatory ... or one can hope!!
