Feedback Technical Issue such as Spinning Flowers, Slow loading, and Freezing, etc

The Team has been working diligently on resolving the technical issues many have reported such as spinning flowers, slow loading, and freezing game prompting refreshing often and logging in and out.

The Team has potentially found the issue but have requested we all log out and back in again and see if the problems are improved or indeed resolved.

Please log out and back in again and then let us know here in this thread if you still have issues. If you do still have a problem, please be specific about what it is, if you play Standalone client or browser, which browser and your Operating System.

I play standalone client and things are much improved Thanks Team!

 

Hi I am using Microsoft Edge browser and Windows 10. I am able to move from field to field much quicker! When I went to the market and clicked on anything I did get the flower but only for less than a second and then went to where I wanted to be, so I would say at the moment there is a big improvement! Thanks for working on the issue!

 

definitely better than it has been the last few days...still laggy a bit between fields or opening up market, shop etc... BUT... much better.
running the client standalone version on microsoft windows 7.

 

I'm using window 10, google chrome browser. System back to normal yesterday but now it becomes unresponsive again. I need to close my browser, open back, play one minute then becomes unresponsive again......

 

General farming is working well.

But the market still does not work properly. It takes multiple clicks to change functions (e.g., "Product overview" to "Make offer").

I use Windows 10 and the malfunction is the same with browser or downloaded client.
