Regulation Technical Issues section: Please read before posting!

Hello Farmers,

This is where the super moderators will assist you with general technical issues, and the administrators will specific account issues that involve logs / account checking. Please always post your user ID, this is extremely important - without it we cannot look into your problem.

Please use the General issues section after checking out the Official Announcements and FAQ area, and only after following the instructions in the Technical Troubleshooting FAQ! Also, before posting, please take a look at the questions asked previously - someone might have asked the same thing recently - but remember to create your own thread, instead of hijacking other player's threads. When it comes to technical issues, even the most similar problems can have different causes, so we stick to one player / thread to focus on your needs better, and assist you in the best way possible.

To post in this section, please keep in mind the following things:

• Please post technical issues only, no general questions; Forum moderators and super moderators will be attending you with these in the General Issues / Newbies area;
• Remember to follow the troubleshooting steps before posting - most of the technical problems are glitches caused by outdated information and can be easily solved by clearing your cache;
• Please always post your user ID, without it, the administrators cannot have your logs and account checked;
• Please create a new thread for your question, and do not post in another player's thread, because it is considered hijacking;
• Choose a relevant thread title for your problem, instead of something like "help" or "problem";
• Do not double post, please amend your last message if nobody had anything to add since you submitted it;
• Keep in mind the moderators are volunteers, so please use a friendly tone;
• Please help us keep the forum organized - after receiving an update, it would be great if you could let us know if you have further questions or the thread can be closed.
