    I'm having an issue with my Credit Card payment method and have sent a ticket to Support. In my reply from them I was asked to provide further information and to "inform our technical support team via the contact form"

    Where do I find this contact form? When I try to contact Support for Payment problems it will not allow me to leave any message which means I can't provide them with further information.
