technical

I was just wondering y nobody is answering me in the technical section? it just seems like my post has been there a while and others r getting answers but not me

I know it's frustrating not seeing answers when time is of the essence, but I'm sure the moderators will get your answer as soon as they can tell you something substantial, event time is a busy time for them.......

P.S. I posted this also on your thread in Technical Issues........I know it's not easy to stay patient.....but the moustache problem seems to take a little more time to investigate than the every day problems....hang in there

First of all, please keep in mind that the moderators team is formed of volunteers, who are spending their spare time (and even more) helping players on the Forum and in Chat because they want to. We aim to answer all posts in 24 hours - as you could see, the last couple of days were not quiet or easy, and there are not too many mods available either. Please be patient while waiting for an update. Also, the information you are looking for was already put together in an FAQ explaining everything you need to know about the event - it would be great if you could use the forum - spending a couple of minutes on searching will bring you the information you are looking for. Please remain patient while waiting for an answer, and post your questions after using the resources available.
