Teething Problem with my Farm

Some Farmers have says i do not exist when trying to igm me and I also cannot igm to others too also problems login into my farm too Please help thanks

 

To the first question: You have to give them your farm name, they are probably trying to write to "Mooboy"

Is your farm name the same as your forum name?

Can you please be more specific, what is actually occuring when you attempt to log into your farm? Please provide a screenshot, if you think that will assist.

My Farm Name is Ajjg1966 ID is 26151208 Since This is a New Forum as it gave me a chance to Changed my Username on this Forum to Mooboy But really it is Ajjg1966. I cannot login in on Puffin Browser on My Smartphone. But Chrome seems fine just odd to me never had this problem before.

Yes Mir is causing confusion about Mooboy when i am really Ajjg1966 aka...

What is happening, when you attempt to IGM people?

When I Try to Send an IGM to someone I Type the User Name, Then Topic Name then The Message Then when I click send Message The Whole Message Get Wiped out. Usually When I send a Massage a small note appears to say Message Successfully Sent. It Seem others got the Same issues as me.

Yes I am logged into my Farm now and using it just cannot send Gifts or Messages to anyone !!!

 

The only other thing we can suggest Mooboy, is make sure their IGM is spelt correctly with the correct case and numbers.

I have Cleared the Cache and Refresh the System, Logged out and Sign Back in Again Tried to send another IGM Message still same thing Happening. I can only suggest to past this to Tech Support Thanks Anyway Hope this Issue get resolved asap
