For All Newbies There is no Stars from this Event. I would Encourage to do this Event anyway, as it helps to get other rewards such as Party Spins, Power Feeds, Super Grow and Givers for Park or Rain Forest

BlackCaviar....You can only unlock 1 Door in Room 5 Each Time, Once you unlock one door you are moved into Next Room !!

Mir85 I have added and Updated your SOS THREAD to my Main Posting. As it is kind of you to do this. I have double check my sums as it remains Correct on my first Calculations ;)

o_Ops, yes you did the calculations right Mooboy, I was looking at another FAQ which says 185 of each of the crops for the wonder keys, I didn't notice the discrepancy...

Thanks, Mooboy , for your Wonderful pre-preparation... My head was spinning when trying to work out the rooms and their order!?!
And I am now aware of the possibility of not getting equal amounts of each stone, due to the random nature , and therefore, possibly needing more drops... and crops...

Strategy is to think another day about another gazillion junks and dump event.

A side note: I know at least two whales took my bait and maybe three. The bait was guano! My listings appeared all at once:

    1,000 @..
    1,000 @..
    1,000 @..

All the same price and they were not cheap and defintiely not the lowest on the market (near the high)! ALL GONE! One lot went yesterday; the other two lots went today

You may wish to consider this information in your event strategy as well as revisit your assessment of bats.

hmmmmmmm gazaillions of junks and dump ....hmmmmmmm My barn might need a few repairs.

poop ..... TOP 1000 cheap tree fruit again and financed through poop

neon_broke will graduate from the nest today or tomorrow so this event strategy will definitely include a new farm.

The FAQ corrected and we need 185 of each crops instead of 175!!!

Thanks to everyone for the great help!:)

    Good luck.

The FAQ has been updated, so we now need 185 of each crop, so Mir's calculation are now correct. So may crops. I'm wondering whether this one will cure my FOCD as I'm not nearly as excited as I was when I thought it was an island event. Either way I'm raising turkeys and horses and listing manure for as high as it can go in the mean time. Tomorrow I'll load by farm with 1x1 fields of long term crops that I'm short on.

Once again, another event with massive amounts of event crops. Now the FAQ shows a slight increase. I am still uneasy about the random factor of those 3 keys but we'll see. I'm doing the event once again only for the PF to help prepare for the breeding event later in the month. I think my FOCD is also less these days.

Strategy - leave Baha in trees that are already there and put out long crops on the mainland

I'm looking forward to the event, the random factor makes that little bit more exciting, for me anyways. :)

Thank You Mooboy, Mir and 12ss12 and anyone I've missed for sorting out the info and giving crop numbers etc.:D

I wasn't going to take out my trees but I might have to rethink that:(:( At least the drop requirement didn't increase;)xD

I knew you would say that. There is another event especially for you and you need not grow junks. The tiki calendar event. Enjoy !
May your marketing prosper ! ;)

I am slowly removing my animal pens and putting carnation in comfort fields with water & manure for more drops.

The randomness of the keys needed, variable amount of junks and the change of the FAQs has me leaning towards skipping the event or doing a partial. I have to agree with Broke and TLCmom on this one

One-Two, I do strongly encourage all to participate in the receipt of those gifts in the tiki calendar, strongly. I hope RL will permit this farm.

No, no real marketing plan to be executed just yet and I view this event as easily completely doable. The developers have done another nice job with the obvious collection of data to structure an event of this sort.

This event has similarities to other events the farm has deliberately skipped in order to build its barn. So skipping it is like a price to pay where the farm will easily reap far more benefits than with this event. Each to their own.

My view: For the newbie definitely not worth it. For the mildly mature farm, hmmmmm the ep or cloud row may be worth it and perhaps the pf is useful now too but building a barn still more important. For the mature farm with nothing to do, flip a coin.

    Wishing you well with it.

if I were to try comfort fields I wouldn't be able to harvest them till 6pm edt Monday so I guess I will wait for another event to do any experimenting :wuerg::cry: I will just have to do what I usually do plant carnations in all 1x1s then after I harvest them change to 2x2s to start the seeds then when I have enough switch back to 1x1s ;):)

    Done ! Farmer_broke. Tiki gets a tick.

Playing event in full has become a habit or you can term it EOCD. But in long run there are several benefits in doing the event (in full or in part- each according to his/her capacity) and also in getting the cloud row even if it gives meagre amount.

I was hoping this event might hold lots of interesting aspect. Alright, may be neon event would be interesting. If it isn't then Bingo Event would be. We should always be optimistic. ;)

Please Note : 27th - 29th April: Moonlight Mania (announcement made)

First of all, thanks to those crunching the numbers for us - you are a blessing!:inlove:

I agree with 12ss12 about benefits in doing this event (as well as others) in whatever capacity one can. Since I started playing (2012) there have been comments about the value of events and/or cloud rows. While everyone has their own goals, and are subject to the whims of RL issues, I believe a consistent path of doing at least part of all events (and even gaining CR's) is beneficial for most farmers.

Some events do not generate excitement with the prizes offered vs. the effort required; some cloud rows aren't thrilling; but the cumulative effect of prizes and cloud rows acquired do advance the farm IMHO. If your playing style leads in another direction, that is fine; for each person must decide what they want out of the game. :)

My personal strategy is not to pursue maximum gain of CC's or even most efficient use of resources in all cases. Like life, this game requires some give and take; so I play with an eye for gains in the long term. As a result, I have acquired many cloud rows that others said were not worth the trouble - and the benefits have compounded. Perhaps I'm not as rich in CC's as some or have as much in the barn as others, but the steady growth of my farm is a personal delight!:D
So I will plant my 1 x1 long crops in hope of nice drops; grow an abundance of event crops :wuerg:; nuke those 2 x 2's for more seeds and hope RL cooperates with my farming!:p
Blessings to all pursuing their goals for this event - may you prosper greatly!:)

Tweeking my farm for the event.
    1. We plant the crop with the longest growing time (Carnation) for better drop results, yes?
    2. Regular trees mature in 20 hours, xxl trees in 12 hours. Therefore regular trees are preferred for drops, yes?
    3. In short, the longer the gestation time for plant, animal, or tree the better the drop rate, yes?
