Temple of Doors - Opening Doors - Clarification

In the first area there were 3 doors: 1=Event Sticker, 2=CAC and 3=STM

I opened the first door and noticed that after doing this all three doors switched to the next area. Will I be able to open doors 2 and 3 at a later time in the event or are they gone forever?

That is how the event is supposed to work, as explained in detail in the event FAQ:

Once you have enough keys for opening a door, you will see the Open button green, enabled, active. Clicking on it will open that room and will move you to the next room automatically, so choose wisely! You will still be able to open the other 2 doors, but not before opening a door from each room. In other words: You open one door from the first room, and you move to room 2. You open a door from the second room, then you move to room 3. You open one door in the 4th, then 5th, then 6th room, and you are taken back to the first room again - where you can choose to unlock one of the two remaining doors. Unlocking either of them will move you to the second room, where you can do the same - open one of the remaining doors to progress to the next event room. Once you open 2 doors in each room twice, you will have 1 remaining door in each room, so you can take a third tour in order to collect the final rewards.

Therefore, you will be able to unlock the other 2 doors later on in the event, after you unlock 1 door from rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 - you will return to room 1 where you can choose one of the two remaining doors, then move t he second room where you can do the same, and so on.
