Announcement Temporary Removal of Farm Orders

Dear Farmers,

Please be informed that the Farm Orders will be removed for a limited time from the 1st of October 2019, around 16:00 CEST.​

During the period when farm orders are removed you won't be able to access the farm orders and everyone who logs in during the duration of the take down will receive a small compensation gift. It will be claimable once via in-game news and will contain the following:​

• 1 x Sticker
• 3600 EP x Farm level
• 1000 CC x Farm level
• 1000 TEP x Bahamarama level
• 20 x Crate O’ Farm Supplies II

Furthermore, the connected runes in the Tree of Wisdom and the Monkey Temple will be removed. This means that the golden bananas you spent on unlocking customers in the temple and the stars you spent on unlocking Customer Service in the skill tree will be refunded via script. We will let you know as soon as the script ran successfully for all affected users. We will refund the stars and golden bananas as from 2nd October 2019 onward as the farm orders is inaccessible then and won't need any unlocking via Tree of Wisdom or Monkey Temple for that period. Runes in the Tree of Wisdom and the Monkey Temple will return when we re-introduce Farm Orders again.​

The Farmerama team is currently working not only on preparing the game for the future which is a project we all put a lot of effort in since a long time, but also on introducing new permanent content to bring more variety to Farmerama and not only events and sales.​

We are currently working on a new exciting feature for Farmerama, which will be introduced next month. As the Farm Orders will be a part of it, we therefore need to temporally remove the existing farm orders. We hope you can understand this step. We also hope that you agree that the farm orders were somewhat forgotten in recent years although they could provide additional benefit for you.

As usual, you will be informed here as soon as we can provide all details about the reworked farm orders and the new feature – so stay tuned.​

Please note that the farm orders will be temporarily removed tomorrow, the 1st of October (one day earlier than planned), around 4 pm CEST.

The team will perform a sync which will temporarily remove the Farm Orders, as announced, and right after the sync, a script will run for rebooking the Golden Bananas and Stars. This will take some time, so please remain patient - we will update you as soon as the scripts finish running and the process is complete.

The news which include the compensation will also go live around the same time tomorrow (4 pm CEST).

The Farm Orders will return soon, and all the details will be announced upfront, so stay tuned!
