    According to the description we will receive 4 x Willow Tentacles every 10 hours.

    My question: Will this happen 24 x 7 every day or only during MM?

    This will only happen during MM events.

    Later note for clarification: The 4 x Willow Tentacles can be harvested from the permanent spooky tree : Willow Tentacle. The tree and its upgrades can be bought from Jack's shop. More details can be found here.
