Testing, testing...

Hi everyone,

I received an email from Support this morning telling me that the old player with my name has been disabled, and that I should be able to receive my messages, etc. in the game now.

Can someone please send me a message in the game and I'll see if I get it. Just one or two of you.

Please post below if you have sent a message so I know whether to look for it.

I hope the problem is resolved now, what happened is unfair and BP should give you something in return.

 

I got it -- my first message! Thank you, Arielh! Finally!

Now to tell my neighbours I haven't been rude all this time. A question: Does suzy's airmail fly across the screen, or stay put so they can read it? And will it end up in their message box afterward? The explanation will take a few lines and I want to make sure they get it -- so it's either suzy's airmail or individual messages.


ETA: All appears to be working. I have received several messages and even lovely gifts from puppies. All received and accounted for. Thank you so much for all the help in getting this sorted!

ETA2: Never mind my question above -- I sent individual messages to my neighbours. However, on the last one, it said 'you cannot send anymore messages - please wait until you can send more.' Is there a limit?

 

It is better to send messages because Suzy's mails cost BBs. If you already have some (maybe you have won them) it is nice to use them for special occasions(congratulations to a neighbour who reached a high level, for birthdays etc).
Suzy's mails fly until the center of the screen and they stay put until the player clicks it to go and then flies away. So players have time to read but they can't find it again afterwards. Unlike the regular messages that you can read many times.

 

Thank you, Arielh! I have quite a few since I've never used them, and get them when I level up. I will save them for special occasions.
