That New Powerfeed Offer

What do you guys think about it?
I would only consider buying it so my neighbors got the extra
PF.

I did some math and I'll release my information once a few people post.

I might buy it just to gift my neighbors.
But here's the problem.

They say you're saving 44%.
But that's not true

The offer that is 249 BB gives you 375 Powerfeed.
So lets say you bought the 3300 BB offer $99.99 USD
3300 divided by 249 is 13.
375 x 13 = 4875

If you bought the 800 offer five times,
you only get 4000 PF and get charged $93.95 USD

They need to lower the cost I believe right?

Hi, solo, I know it doesn't make it better, but I can give you an explanation what happens.

First of all, the 44% saving should be compared to the standard price of 20BB for 20PF, with the standard price 800PF costs 800BB. Now lets calculate the savings using euro. For 14,99 euro I get 450BB, so the XL PF package cost 450BB. Now 450/800=0.56, which means that you save 44% compared to the standard price.

Now if you are in the US (and maybe other countries), things become a bit more complicated. It seems like you are getting the BB packages cheaper than if you pay in euro. The 3300 BB package costs 99.99 euro which corresponds to 125 USD, so you are getting a discount on the barnyard bill packages. But you are not getting a discount on other sales. Therefore situations like this happens (at least this is how I understood it). Why it is like this is a totally different question.

It is the same that happens with the BB packages for advertised on the billboards, where you can get extra stuff with the BB. For me these offers costs the same as if I bought that amount of BB, but for you they cost more.

This is why Aluntino suggested (in the cuckoo breeding thread) to check if the offer makes sense.

BTW as one of your neighbors I suggest you choose the option which is cheapest for you. Don't feel like you should pay more so that we get free gifts, they are not free anymore!
