Hello, please help me, as far as I remember, I won Chupacabra Lair, but now I don't see it in the display. I looked again, as if by mistake, I didn't give it to anyone or exchange it, please help, I activated the bonuses to finish the promotion, it would be great if this problem was solved as soon as possible while the bonuses are active.

I cannot find any logs that show you gifted nor traded it, so if you had one, you should still have it. I can see you haven't made one in Jack's shop. If you can remember where you got one, I can search further, but so far, I haven't been able to find that you ever had one on this farm.

Sorry if I'm confusing something, but it seems that the Chupacabra was a prize in one of the Full Moon promotions that I completed, or it just mistakenly showed that the Chupacabra was in stock during the exchange promotion.

 

The Chupacabra was introduced in March of this year. It can be built in Jack's shop and it was included in some sales, but it has not been awarded as an event or quest prize. It is included in Gift and Trade so perhaps you can find one that way.

Thank you for your understanding, maybe I was just in a hurry and confused. Please explain, maybe I just misunderstood the mechanics, during the promotion, when Cuca's Cattage was introduced, there were additionally Mask Cuca's Cattage. I thought that the mechanics of replacing after the promotion with a permanent one involves replacing Mask Cuca's Cattage with Cattage from Cuca, the same applies to the trees of that promotion.

The Mock Trees & Stables were only temporary. After the Event ended, they were exchanged for EP + CC. The permanent trees & stables were won in the main rewards of the event if you completed those steps.
