Had a mix of clover and trees on the 3 fields. I got 252 drops. I may keep 1 field going with stuff like clover.

Also got both sides done and so settling in to grow the crops needed.

Now I really want to go and visit the farmer_broke farm. I doubt seriously there are 133 drops. But I bet there are MORE than 133 poops xD Nooooooooo, I'm not going there ....
I would like to invite you Moraine and everyone else here to visit and think of participating in The farmer_broke Event.

Regardless of whether you come or not or participate or not, you already hold the rank of Aluminum Chickadee. Level -0- .
(Of course I must poke a little fun .... still you are an Aluminum Chickadee) :) ---to boost your ego xD

Anyway, I became so bored with these events here and they became so so easy to do that I began new farms. Over time, even that became boring and brainless. In the online gaming industry there is an old yet developing practice of using a game within a game. BP is using it on players with these events (which are games) in order to boost company revenue (easy to see). BP is now even trying to use a game with an extended life concept within a game. I believe 30 days with the current event going. (Naturally I have my opinion of how well they are doing and dare not give it for a BB or free.)

I took all of the test farms I had played with and formulated an event: The farmer_broke Event. I do not have the staff or at this point am able to provide similar rewards in the same manner as BP does. You and most here have done the requirements for the event long long ago and forgotten what it was like. I am using the actual game and teaching them how to do it without saying a word in the suggest box.

I would say this is being done under shooger.sweet's or teddy.bear's watch and I hope either of them will claim it. But if not, there is already a solution in place to bypass them both. There are levels 0 - 10 I believe. The names of the levels relate to different countries in some manner. There are already German players involved and the where the event goes now will take care of itself.

For you and other players, the event requires another farm and something else to do within the game itself and while your junks are growing. There is no time pressure and the rest is up to up.

The Event boosts the mentor system while holding long time players which BP is attempting to tinker with.
Revenue is being provided (players are purchasing the farm equipment, and power feed sales will begin, and the tree manure sales will begin.)
    Breeding
    Moonlight Madness
    A G&T activity
Players are interacting with one another as I never anticipated.
One simply cannot hurry hurry hurry hurry, not for long anyway

A present mentor may advance to a level as high as their chickadee. A nonparticipating mentor is simply an Aluminum Mentor and absolutely nothing more.

I really hope my Mentor, TCRooster will not mind when I say this:

She posted and the post was not prompted. I was quite surprised at the unexpected. One is able to feel her enjoyment as a mentor through her writing. Her writing is short and easy to read in the thread in the Chit Chat section.

And Mentor TCRooster even has a naughty step. (Yes, I have had to visit it.)

Enough! I cannot release the faqs fast enough but you are certainly welcome to join us. There are now known participants around the globe. Just if you dare. xD

............... buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut You are an Aluminum Chickadee now regardless of what you do. xDxDxD Aluminum Chickadee

    ----- edit -----

The farmer_broke farm now has less than 40 drops. Wow! I'm excited xD

I have a little over 5,300 crop and 461 drops so I should (hope:p) to be done soon. After checking out how many tools I actually have, it would be silly for me not to do the left side. My 4th was nice and quiet. Getting older does that to you some times. I have flashbacks of fighting with traffic, hot, sweaty, restless or cranky kidso_Oo_O or me being cranky by that time of nightxDxD

I've been donating crops and drops as they come in. I have around 4-5 steps left to get the CR. Easy event for me.

I don't do much building. I have about... 2700+ hammers. One of these days... I'm going to have some time for Arboretums, etc.

I too prefer a quiet 4th. I would love to go to the drone show tonight, it was postponed because of wind, but... fighting traffic at a time when I'm usually sound asleep!... no bathroom... hours of waiting... That's not how I spell fun.

I stayed home and watched the neighbors set off legal and illegal fireworks and worried about them burning my house down again... If the grass/weeds/etc weren't so dry it would have been pretty and fun. Luckily there were only a few houses burned down yesterday in the city. As for the wildfires... currently the closest is about 50 miles away and the smoke is making the air here Unhealthy for sensitive people. Another reason I had to stay inside. There is a light ash over everything. I went to Costco the other day and one of the cars had heavy ash on it. I woke one morning last week to check the plumbing... smelled smoke... checked to make sure it wasn't my house or yard... closed the windows... turned on AC, even tho it was cool outside and went to bed. The morning news said there were at least 4 grass fires that night, the closest to me was about 5 miles I think. Summer in the Western USA...

Suzee - thinking of you as you fight the environmental conditions of your area

I got a late start on this event due to the holiday but am on track now. Drops seem to be ok and half of it finished. The only problem I had was the wood boards to donate. I've worked hard recently to open more sections in my storage facilities and lumber has taken a huge hit. Many, many thanks to my friends and neighbors who send toolboxes. :)

Our 4th was good. Family cookout and celebrating birthdays. It was just so hot. High humidity. We had temps close to 100 and with humidity, the heat index was 110-115. Too hot to travel to see fireworks and too hot to set them off in the backyard.

I'm having a great time up here in the mountains of CA! The weather is about 20 degrees cooler than at home. No fireworks up here...as it is illegal. The big fireworks show on the lake was last Sat. But like Suzee, no bathrooms, no go for me! LOL We've done it in the past for several years with the kids, but they are all grown now. We watched the fireworks show from N.Y. on TV. :p

As for the Berry Effect event....I've been very lucky to have won the 100% harvest bonus 2 days in a row! Woo Hoo! So I have my last round of the crop in now. Drops are another thing.....grew globe berries overnight to take advantage of bonus, but not great for drops.
Still have plenty of time. I know drops will come once I put my farm back together!

    Good luck everyone! ;)

I am about 50 Globe Berries short of level 7 and I only need another 146 drops to complete the event. So I will be growing the event crop until I finish ... or I might change my mind as some of those FSQs take a lot of long term crops. I'll make up my mind later! :D

    Good luck everybody! ;)

Very pleased the drops were good again. I'm waiting for the last 1250 event plants to be ready for harvest. Then will enjoy a lovely summer weekend.

    Keep smiling!

My other farm got one of those 200% bonuses on the party wheel so that farm finished the event just now. This farm is lagging behind a bit, but the drop rate has been good so it's just a matter of growing the event plant.

We have been out and about from Sunday to Tuesday, so no farmerama at all here.....
I must admit, I haven't missed it LOL
Still almost all plants grown. Drops have been really good, so I have only to give the last steps plants to get the CR. Will be finished then tomorrow morning, as I have them growing overnight.
From tomorrow onwards the fields will be ripped up and trees grown to stock up on some feed ingredients ;)

Congrats to everybody already finished... HIP HIP HOORAY to ye all.
