Just encountered an issue with the latest event.

Books could only be picked up and not dropped.

The timer was not running.

There was no back button.

I refreshed the game and have lost my 2 Bankers Lamp.

I think I won't continue to play this event :-(

Once you have used all 5 of your undo options, if you have no moves to make, the game will not allow you to pick up/drop. You must put the same type of book on top of another book or you won't be able to move them.

The timer stops running when you have no more time left, but you can still complete the mini game and earn 20 star coins for completion. You will not get the bonus prize unless you complete the mini game within the time limit.

Just to make sure you are not having any technical glitches, please clear your cache and cookies before playing the game again. I have cleared your server cache to see if that helps too.

Refreshing the game will cause you to lose your bankers lamps. You must exit (X) the mini game before you refresh.

I have been playing fine up until now.

I had not undone any moves. There was no exit (x) or back sign available, hence the refresh which caused the loss of the (hard-earned) lamps ...

 

The green X button in top right hand corner of the event window is what you should use if you are stuck in the mini game. Then you will not lose your lamps.
