I was playing and did one time but didn't get it in time so I played the same board. I finished in time, but the game stopped on the finish screen. I took a screen shot and then tried to see how to get it to finish. I finally hit the x in the top right and shows I didn't get credit for the finish. I then went to harvest and the game logged me out as soon as I tried to go back to the main farm.

I have screenshots of this edited in paint to size them but I don't have a hosting spot where I can put them so they can be posted so not sure how to send them to you.

Level 14 (which awards 5 farm coins) was played multiple times.

The first time you played it, you completed it, but after the time ran out. You were awarded 20 star coins.

The 2nd time you played it, you did complete it within the time, so you were awarded the 5 farm coins.

You've been credited with the maximum rewards for Level 14.

You played this game 2 more times, but as you already won all there is to win for that mini game, you received no additional rewards.

If this is not the game in question, please clarify which one it is so we can assist you further.

 

It was for game 15. I played once and didn't finish in time.

I played again and finished with 21 seconds on the clock but it just had the red curtains up and never finished. I went to go back and was logged out of the game. I started this thread then.

About 3 hours ago, I started try 3 and completed it on time and was awarded the proper items.

I have completed 16 and 17 within the time limit also since then

I am just getting tired of playing a mini game and getting logged out during it and loosing the items needed to play the game.

I am sorry you are frustrated. I can see from your logs that you did start game 15 but it doesn't show as finished, and it shows the 3rd attempt almost 14 hours later as successful.

You can contact Support as WildCat suggested and attach your images to that email.

No, that is all. I just wish they would fix the issue of getting logged out during the time you are actively playing either the regular game or the minigames within. It does get irritating.
