I need to correct something.

The correct way to say that you're in pain is: unfortunately my accident is pretty serious so that's why I am in pain.

I wish but we hardly ever visit that place.

When we did visit it, we went for a walk in the woods that you can see in the picture.
But the left side of it. Later we crossed over the stream to the right side though.
I have filmed a video but they aren't allowed because it will show people.

By the way, it's a State Park which means they got rangers. (They're like police that protect the park and people)

Wow, Christy, Ariel, sofii and Nick, those are some amazing pictures! I especially like the one at night with the full moon, it's gorgeous! :inlove: Not to sound really stupid, but I didn't know you got snow in Greece :p. We get snow here in Montana, how much depends on where you live. The heaviest snowfall is in the western part of the state, where I'm at we get some, then it melts, we get some more, then it melts :D, all winter long. [IMG] This isn't exactly where I live, but it's not far to the west, maybe 30 miles or so. I love it when it looks like this in the woods.

My state gets snow too but the most is around 6 inches.
IF we are lucky, we can get one foot to around 30 inches.

@spotsbox, Lots of countries around the world get snow.
It's just we never heard about it :p

@spotsbox and @farmlily3 Thank you for your kind words! :) @spotsbox as for the snow, dispite the fact that we're a mostly hot country, it snows in mountains, but it's logical not to know it. :)
@solotime I want you to correct me too! I've taken FCE and I'll be late to take CPE so I don't want to forget anything!

Btw, good morning to everybody!!! :D Have a nice weekend!

    8) Hi, everyone! And a big welcome to julie!
All this talk of snow...well, I live in western Massachusetts (a bit farther north than solo's Pennsylvania), and we get SNOW. Sometimes more than two-three FEET of it! We are usually snowed in at least once, and lose our electricity for short times...the longest being three days......But that's when something magical happens....:) Neighbors get together and cook meals outside on the grill, rushing back and forth to the warmth inside, or bring each other coffee in the morning (Brooke would love this!:D) to get each other started, (one year a neighbor knocked on my bedroom window and handed a cup of coffee through the window because she knew I was still snuggled under the covers-and needed my coffee!) photos are taken, and the comraderie is very caring and helpful. When everything gets 'back to normal', people have warm memories of the cold snow, and lots of laughter about the grumbling and hardships endured. And the beauty of the snow itself makes all this happen in a sparkling white wonderland...like spots' photo! It is most beautiful when everything has a coating of ice on it and the sun comes out, shines on all this ice, and gives it all joyous lights and rainbows! This is all great when we have short winters, but the looong ones can be quite difficult. I think it is that Wonderland feeling that finally gets us through it.:):)
In spite of all this, there will always be the complainers - but they have reasons, too...shoveling all that snow, cleaning the snow off cars, clearing the roadways for all the rest of us! I thank them all for their hard work, and only wish they could see such beauty in their working to make their hearts rejoice while their bodies groan. It is a difficult job.
All in all, though, I am glad I live here, and look forward to our gorgeous Winter!:inlove: {Hmmmm...could that be because I don't have to shovel snow??!}:D:music:8)

farmlily, sounds like you and your neighbors really know how to make the best out of a difficult situation ;). Coffee in bed, that cracks me up xD! ♫She came in thru the bedroom window...♫ (for anyone who might not understand my little joke there, I'm referencing an old Beatles song, She Came In Through the Bathroom Window:p). Me, I don't shovel, unless a) I get tired of stepping in slush or slipping on ice, or b) it's snowed enough that my husband can't get his patrol car out of the driveway. :D We mostly solved b) by him parking right at the end of the driveway when snow is expected, lol. For about 3 years running our heaviest snowfall of the year occurred on April 30th, one year it snowed so much there was snow piled on husband's pickup from the hood clear to the roofline of the garage o_O (I took pictures to prove it, but then accidentally deleted my entire memory card ). We live on the eastern front of the mountains, so we get wind, lots of wind, all the time, unless it's so hot you'd beg for a wind, then nothing xD. So in the winter when we get snow, we'll have parts of our yard with it knee deep, and others where it's almost bare.

@Christy, that is an incredible shot, the ocean's so blue! Beautiful!

spotsbox and farmlily thank you for shearing your stories :)
In Greece we don't get so much snow...but if it snowing and there is snow in the ground(even just a little bit) we don't have school
this is strange because we can get to school...
But in USA students go to school when is snowing because if they didn't they wouldn't have school for a month:p
    right??
