PnP, LOL! No wonder it didn't look like a bunny! Many, many years ago I pet sit some hamsters but I can't remember details that far back... lol

Thanks, Moraine. The new one seems to have the same lack of info. Perhaps it's time to archive the old FAQ...

Busy day yesterday. I finished all those pesky short maturation crops and donated to the left and right sides. I messed up yesterday and planted a second round of event crops which matured after the coupon expired. UGH! I had to click all those small plots to harvest and plant. I only had time for oyster mushrooms last night. Much better drops than those silly critter pens tho. On the third farm I did manage to plant refined carnations overnight w/ water, 79 -- Main, 63? -- Meadow, 82 -- Glade. Really helps to use the small plots during an event like this one. Of course now the third farm is behind on event crops.

    Current drop totals:
    Farm 1: 693, 4 Howies, 2 Magic Trees
    Farm 2: 688, 0 Howies, 8 Magic Trees
    Farm 3: 742, 0 Howies, 6 Magic Trees

Also, the past two event strategy threads had more info.

Thanks @julie1013 I only have one trophy & it's been out on the field since I first received it months ago.
Thanks @SuzeeRabbit Yes, I have followed that thread & strategies for past events as well as this one as best I can with what I have available to work with.

This morning's harvest brought 96 drops with a variety of long growing crops, using 1x1 fields & CAC. Again, nowhere near what others are getting but I'm level 64 & still haven't unlocked very many runes, nor have I completed the magic stalk miracle to start getting CRs.

If you only have one trophy Gardengal it probably not so very high level yet, so you have less chance of drops. I think you are doing quite well being level 63, the cac usually doesn't influence the drop rate, just the amount harvested. It does perhaps makes a tiny different if it rains drops, but now were moving into an alternative universe. I forgot which thread and what wise farmer had more info on this, but that's what I remembered. Growth time is the biggest factor besides luck. The trophy you've got needs to be moved around on each field for it to affect all harvest. As a trophy it only affects the fields it's currently at. And when you do drag them along, it needs to be sat long enough for the game to notice. Some say wait 5-10sec, others changes field and back again to make sure it's registered. It's a hassle, why I personally was very eager to unlock the living legend rune.

Moraine, yes that is the info I was looking for. Thanx! :)

gardengal, that explains why your drops are so low. The crop trophy used to be the cheapest to upgrade. Try to find tree fruit that is low CCs / EVs and buy them up to donate. Plus find something to sell to pay for it. It's a goal to have between events or while waiting for crops to mature. For this event I sold a mountain of carrots. Moraine also reported making good coins out of the low level crops asked for in this event. Also, try to upgrade the critter trophy lower levels. Hint: chickens are too expensive. I'm not sure anything is cheap these days... Inflation has hit Farmerama!

There are a lot of good things on the Tree of Wisdom but if your're main interest is Events, like me, then you might want to make a beeline for the tree top. Moving the trophies is a hassle. It's difficult to get enough drops to finish events if the trophy total isn't well over 20%.

Meanwhile just focus on doing as much as you can during events to score those stars. And do the FSQs for stars too. You don't have to grow everything your self. It's OK to buy. ;)

Thanks @Moraine and @SuzeeRabbit I am working on getting to the top of the tree of wisdom after my next few goals. I am level 64. I will try moving around that trophy. I do use lots of trees, lots & lots of fruit trees, forgot to mention that above. I was thinking about removing them for the rest of the event to plant more crops because I already finished the tree side of this Easter event, just have to grow a bit more hay for the other side, that's why I'm still using CAC, then I'll move on to the section below. I'm always working on quests to get stars as well. :)

gardengal, most if not all the players reporting high drops have LL runes at 30%. It's not a fair comparison.

If your goal is to finish the entire event, keep us posted on your progress...
Have you grown all the event crops yet? How many total drops have you gotten? We'll do what we can to help you. There are strategies such as... putting a crop, preferably one with refinements, in Comfort fields and nuking them to speed along the drops. If you haven't studied refinements/greenhouse yet then you can do that while waiting for crops.

    Got the sticker:wuerg:>:(xD
Hate getting that ... I don't need or want it ..I see it as wasting my time of 6 hours growing 250 crops for it
Would have been better at the end of the game ....at least people would have the choice of getting it or not

I completed LL months and months ago ...and my drop rate is still not that brilliant...so I don't actually think it being that marvellous

1056 drops. gardengal, if it were me I would remove the trees and use 1x1's. That way you can harvest those plots more times than if there was a tree in that same spot;):):). Nellie, if you're still using pens and trees, why don't you try using 1x1's for a change and see if you get better drops. experiment with different lengths of crops. I just harvested jovellena and got 21 drops and 39 drops for a total of 60 drops. Using my CR and water reduced the time so I'm happy with that result:music::D

At less than 48 hours in, my drop total is 1,005 (overnight Begonia and Sugar-beet, all other fields animals and trees). I have finished level 9 and only need 70 drops to do level 10. I think I may finish this event ... or am I tempting providence? :p

I had a bit of good fortune in that somehow I won 48 hours harvester (think it was a gift from Harvey Cottontail). I set off an FSQ harvester, 36 hours, and this morning I have 54 hours left on all functions. Thank you Harvey. I will check it out when he leaves my farm - I did try to have gift notification on but it drove me mad, it was at the end of the MM event and I couldn't do anything for gifts (not complaining but ... !). I never saw any notification from Harvey the whole time! :music:

Anyhow, I'm hoping that everybody else is getting enough drops to finish/reach personal targets! ;)

With morning harvest I have managed to pass the 1000 drop milestone. And will manage to squeeze in two event harvests as well, I feel very confident. I'm sure I can, I'm fine - the famous last words.

Edit: for those interested, my crop trophy is maxed at L15, and the animal one is L11 - both traded in to the LL rune.
Ofc both only increases the percentage of the random chance, and if the chance is 0, it doesn't matter how much you increase the chance, 200% of 0 is still a big fat 0 :(

I dont know if you are aware, that you can still get the cloud rows even if you don't have the stalk open. They will be sitting there waiting for you when you do eventually open it.

only need two drop tasks (1125 drops) and two crop tasks.
As I only need to grow less than 1000 crops (rest is sitting in my barn)
I was switching to carnations+water+SG+manure for the moment to hopefully get good drops from them. And I need a lot of them for refining after. Will then put the last needed event plants in short before event ends.
    LL rune at 28%.
    Hope I can make it.

    Good Luck to everybody!!

It seems many are on track and doing well with the event, how nice!:) I have my last event crop in the field and am currently at 1089 drops. My LL rune is 27%. If the drops continue at the current rate, I should finish with two harvests of rose hips.:D I really pushed to get ahead with a few manure purchases since I will be busy this weekend, but no SG used after initial nuking for starter seeds. Best of luck to all participating!

90 hours till the Event ends and I have under 4k crops to grow (1 harvest and a bit) and under 800 drops to collect.
I might finish even before Easter starts :)

Got the best drop results from 16-18 hrs crops overnight yielding over 70 drops per field.

Have a lovey Easter weekend & keep smiling!
