in the window where we exchange our flags, etc. it is showing I can exchange for window 3 but not two. I don't have what you need for 3 . I have what you need for window 2 but it says I can't. Does that make sense? ID 28811415 Thanks

I haven't opened any in these two doors. I have opened one door in the left. I don't have any triangles so how come it says I can open the right and not the middle. I have what I need for the middle. Correction ,I think I opened one door in the middle.

 

Each room has 3 doors. Once one is opened, it moves onto the next room, where you can pick a door, then again moves onto the next room. You need 3 trips around the rooms to open all doors. You can find which Room you are currently on the lower right corner as shown:

In the Event FAQ, it will show what door options you can choose from and the shaped keys needed to open each door. Do your requirements match the FAQ?

No that's what I'm trying to say. It says I can open the right door but I don't have any triangles and you need them to open the right door. I have enough to open the middle door but it says I can't.

 

Hello lottidah,

To open the middle door in the second room you need 2 circle keys and 1 triangle key. At the moment, you have 0 triangle keys, so you will only be able to open this door when you get a triangle key.

You can see the total keys in the left side of the event window, and you can see the empty slots for the keys you still need, as well as the filled in ones for what you already have for the opening that room.
