FAQ The Factory

*What do I need to know about the Factory?

The Factory is a unique 2x2 "stackable" Deco item. It will be able to be upgraded with special "Factory Upgrades" that will in turn, change the appearance of the Deco item and also it's rewards.
At this time, there is currently 100 Upgraded Levels planned for the Factory.

The Factory and Upgrades were last available in March 2019​

*Where can I get the Factory?

The "Base" Factory will be added permanently to the Farm Supply Store (under "Accessories), until purchased.
The "Base" Factory can be purchased once only for 500,000 CC for players that are level 3+.

*How do I get upgrades for the Factory?

There will be two special packages available permanently in the Supply Store for 25 BB each. Each package can be purchased a maximum of five times each.
Factory Upgrades will also be rewarded in future Events/Quests etc.

*What is included in each of the Special Packages?

Factory Pack I​

• 1 x Factory Upgrade
• 50 x Super-grow

​

Fabrik-Paket II​

• 1 x Factory Upgrade
• 20 x Suzy's Super-grow

*What else do I need to know?

• Upgrading the "Base" Factory will have the following results:
  • • Each level will improve it's EP revenue
• Every 10 levels there is one of the following improvements:
  • • Improves the appearance of the Factory
    • Will receive one of the following:
      • Additional / improved revenue from the item
      • An additional / improved buff

Factory Upgrade

Needs to be applied to the Factory givers.

The Factory is a 2x2 item. It can be placed on the three mainlands (main, meadow, glade) or in the Park
Factories from level 40+ can be placed on the new Pet Playground.
