New event...played this one before...It seems like the amount of tulips needed is a bit high...

Yes, the amount of tulips and drops are high. I don't know if this farm is going to get all 12 gifts done, or not. I'll go as far as I can. The other farm (sewinglady) is way ahead (harvest bonus yesterday)...so will probably be okay.

May the farm and party wheels bless us all with harvest bonuses...

As a new farmer I want to get as far as I can ( reasonably)
I like the chance to try this event for the first time, and your advice on drops is mind boggling. My neigbours are helpful too.
Happy I can get a few helpful perks along the way. Still working out my own strategy (sort of)

I saw the FAQ when Mod issued it half an hour later,But I had no brave to open
a strategy thread. I just afriad to calculate the no. and also to give a brief idea to others
how the event go!
So, don’t mind any wrong on numbers or interpret of the event..
As we all know, Even BP do not give very clear explaination at cetain time.

 

Done with 6 Gifts, both the characters are very happy! Next two are eagerly waiting. I need to do justice as fast as I can

 

I am unable to gift some of my neighbors because they reached the maximum number of gifts. What is the maximum number of gifts and how are they accomplishing this?

 

Maximum number of gifts per day we can receive is 20. How they get this number is down to how many neighbours and buddies they have who gift them. Hope this answers your questions.

Lea2191. If you can't gift a neighbour, do try again a bit later because one of my neighbours could not gift me but she knew I never reach the maximum. Of course some players do reach their maximum for various reasons.
Nearly half way through growing crops and getting drops. Just doing 2 main fields and trying to get in 4 harvest today. Couldn't sleep last night so got a bonus harvest in and I even remembered in my sleepy state to renew my CAC which I have now Pinkie Pied.

 

I you illy and not at you but what I plan to say (and I openly admitted to the mods in a previous thread where some questioned the action)

broke-sense and gifting and BBs (not broke bucks) (rollin with da big dogs and da slick dogs):

1. send whatever the maximum free gifts your farm can send
2. gift whatever farm you want using BBs regardless of how many gifts they have previously received

maximum gifts?????



I have not tried the procedure in a very long time but it was easily accomplishing what was desired

further note to those understanding the above:
BBs will go further if sending gifts to a neighbor with a full gift box. (broke-sense implies not to use BB to take the place of free gifts but to allow others to fill the gift box free before sending purchased with BBs)

I'm having trouble with drops for this event. I'm behind a couple hundred. I am growing my high value stalls, and a few trees in a addition to the crops I am growing only two fields of crops

 

Yup, forgot about that FB - you can spend as many BBs as you like gifting. I have done it ... but mostly that was in error!

 

I think I will finished event today as I only need to wrap the last present for the little porky.

 

Finished this morning. Took it nice and easy, calculating along the way in case I had miscalculated along the way!
