    The FAQs state values of fruit as CCs (Country Coins). Shouldn't this be EVs (Exchange Values)?

    EV is always it's value in CCs, so the terms are interchangeable in terms of event / quest donations.

    I prefer the EV term be used to distinguish the value from the Market value (also noted by "CCs").

    As market value is dynamic, events and quests would never use that value.
