The game does not open on the phone

hi ı use android telephone. up to tahat time ı could play on my phone
But now when I try to open it on my phone, the background black and it won't open.

I turned the phone off and on but the problem did not go away

ı have tried the link you gave but the problem still goes on.

• What browsers have you tried using?
• What are the versions you are using?
• Did you use the link in the OA to test to see if your device is compatible with the Unity upgrade?

 

ı have provided the ways you said;
ı use chrome both on laptop and android phone .up to this time ı have no problem on both of them. ı play on laptop now but cant play at android up to yesterday
ı use last version on both of them
ı used the link in the OA and ı see my phone is compatible with the Unity upgrade

 

ı think the problem still goes on, couldnt solved. because ı cant still play on phone

I can't play it on my laptop anymore too, it gets stuck at % 28

 

Please try a different browser or the Standalone client to see if that helps. Make sure you only have the game window open when you log in to improve loading times.

ıt isnt opened at chrome on phone but it is opened at choreme on laptop and ı can play at chrome on laptop
choreme is the last version at both of them

A fellow player, MeadowCrossing, suggested in another thread about playing on a phone that you look to see if you can adjust the size of the window of the game in your Settings. I do not play on a phone and as there are different phones available, I cannot advise you about this. Hopefully, you can find the workaround.
