The game does not respond, even logging back in does not help!

Many problems at once:

1) "farmerama com responds too slowly" and NOT loading at all !
2) the game does not receive commands (when let go in)
3) logging out and back in does not help the situation (see 3)
4) booting the whole PC allows you to play again

This is about the beginning, does anyone else have the same problem or is there some kind of "attack" going on, you could imagine that criminals would do the most harm to people on Sunday and Christmas, UNFORTUNATELY!

EDIT: and now forum load this message about 1++ mins, not some seconds...

 

I had problems yesterday and this morning where the game page didn't load and said that the Farmerama server had disconnected.
I too tried everything and only a restart (yesterday) and a shut down and restart this morning solved the problem.
I tried other browsers but no joy.

I also find that the game sometimes reacts very slowly, I put it down to so much going on within the game (and maybe I type/click too quickly - being an ex-typist/WP Op, it's hard to slow these fingers down). I am very grateful that the Devs/Mods give us so much to do, not complaining! Lots of choice.

I'm glad to hear that rebooting your computer allows you to play again. You can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, as well as making sure your browsers are up to date. There are a variety of reasons you could experience a slower than usual game such as your operating system, internet connection and other programs you may have open and running.

We have no information about any technical issues going on with the game right now. If you would like your server cache cleared to see if that helps, please post your user ID#.
