    The game has been stuck for many days, including today many times. Have deleted page history, cookies. Browser update okay. Machine etc rebooted.
    Annoyed when I bought seasonal helpers. All short bonuses are wasted when, instead of playing, I just reload the game again and again.
    Thank you for the compensatory gifts!
    I miss the smoothness of the game before.

    We had some reports about the game being slow earlier today, but that has been resolved to my knowledge. I have cleared your server cache to see if that helps. You can try a different browser or the Standalone client to see if that loads better for you.
