    Hi, is there a general problem with the game? Whenever I try to launch, it takes a long time to load. Sometimes it gets stuck somewhere. I have to constantly refresh the page.:(

    There are no known issues with the game. You can try another browser or the cliënt. Sometimes it will help to refresh your internet connection.
