The game stole my stars! (from January)

Hello,

When I entered the Park from the Farm Map, the game stole a chunk of my stars about 20-25. I did not enter through the Tree of Wisdom, but through the regular entrance on the Farmarama map after I reached the minimum level. Someone please let me know how to fix. I was saving those stars to enter Bahamarama.​

Hello gamerLaf

The game did not steal any stars from you, and as you have noticed, no stars were deducted from your account. When you have reached level 25, you have unlocked the access to Park, for free, so the rune was marked as unlocked without using stars.

At teddy-bear. What are you talking about? The game stole my stars. Did you read what I wrote? I have since earned more stars, which does not mean that my stars were not stolen. Is there someone else who is more helpful that is available to assist in this matter?

 

With all due respect, I have read what you have written and your Park has been opened for free, you have not been charged stars. There is nobody else who can assist you with this matter though on the Forum, so I will count all your stars from the day you have joined, hopefully you will not doubt my helpfulness

The only stars used were, as you see, for the 2000 CC rune, which has to be unlocked anyway in order to access the Bahamarama rune - but this happened a few days before your post, and has nothing to do with the Park. Since you did not trust my word, you can now count the level ups by yourself, and you will reach the same conclusion: the park was unlocked for free when you have reached level 25.

That was very thorough and still very wrong. If you had checked the Tree of Wisdom you will see even there that it shows that 70 stars have been used -- 50 stars for the initial rune and 20 stars for the park entrance. Instead of trying to imply that I'm delusional or lying about this, it would be professional to find out why my stars are missing (ie, why my total count dropped by 20 by my visual observation on the count of stars that my profile tracks and lists automatically), why the Tree of Wisdom shows that I've used 70 stars, and why that's not showing up on your record. Obviously something's off on your programming and as usual instead of being helpful you were at first dismissive and rude and now you have escalated to another higher level of rudeness and unprofessionalism because I asked to be referred to someone more helpful. I will have to take your word for it that you are the best that is available to help on this matter. So nevermind...as usual you were not helpful at all. Just unprofessional. And FYI this was not a complaint so much as a request for assistance. Perhaps this is why you were unable to help, because you do not know the difference between a complaint and a request for assistance. But have a nice day anyway.

 

I am sorry you continue to feel this way, but if you would add up the stars you have earned, you would notice that everything worked fine and no stars are missing. The Tree of Wisdom counts the stars for the runes unlocked - which could be misleading, like in this case, since you have unlocked the rune by gaining access to the Park. Same issue happens with Bahamarama, for the players who have unlocked it before the tree of Wisdom, using Suzy's flight air miles / flight lessons. The star count is added to the total stars used, even though the players did not actually spend these stars. But that is an 'error' on the Tree of Wisdom layer, the amount of stars on your balance are in no way affected. You could also experiment with a new account, leveled up to 20, to convince yourself that there is no error in the logs.

Also, I have never said I am the best, but I am the only one in the English forum who can access your logs. You are welcomed to contact Support from now on, and hopefully you will understand what went on... it is really hurtful that you feel this way - I did my absolute best to assist you and prove you that everything went fine, and it is sad to see it was a waste of time . You have to keep in mind that we are not forced to do this, we are not here to be 'rude' - and I apologise if my message sounded in any way like that - we are here to help players because we want and enjoy this.
