Laurelei, at least the fields have changed and it is now Main and Meadow.

For me, I am put off by the extra prizes for points - it is practically impossible to finish and so frustrating and disappointing. I will probably not do this event as there are no "real" prizes - that is, one's that are actually something I want and not just the chance of something I want.

Edit: I don't really think the changes to the FAQs have made any difference whatsoever - to finish 90 games, 1,000 crops less?

The changes to other prizes seem a little lame too - I think there may be a few people angry that a Piccolo Box has been replaced. I had already decided not to do this event and none of the changes is attractive enough to make me change my mind.

Further edit: I didn't do this event and seeing all the other comments, I am so glad I avoided all that unnecessary stress. This event needs a total re-think if it is ever going to have the appeal it used to have.

 

While I'd love to have a Super Jumbo tree, winning them looks like an impossible task and those trees take up valuable crop space (2x2). I'm sorry to say, I will give this one a pass. (Seems to be the same decision lately.)

 

Is it just me or has this game gotten considerably harder? I don't like the new scenes and all of the scenes seem too busy and crowded. Prizes are prizes, so I'm participating, but only at a minimal level, since more and more this game feels less like a game and more like a chore.

 

I agree that this "Farm Game" is becoming more like work than fun! I personally would love a jumbo tree as a prize even if it takes up more room...it is what it is! BUT what I don't like is, 1st we have to grow a gazzillion crops, and get the drops to mill the tools, then we have to play a mini game that like farmers have said in some rooms are a jumbled mess! And then there are the foolish points that are way too many to EVER reach any of the good prizes we all want, the piccolo box, the Magic tree, the jumbo trees. It makes us not want to even try!
You seriously need to rethink what you want US your customer to do!

 

so, having played this event in the faintest of hopes of getting a supergrow tree or magic tree...yes the carrot dangling from the stick pulled me in
having completed the 50 games to get the cloud row.....the light finally switched on
i like the spot 10 differences game and can regularly get all 10 in under 20 secs earning 35 bonus points. as for bonus points chart i now have the grand total of approx 5200 points.
i need 19,800 for the magic tree and 24,770 for the supergrow tree
50 games at 105 points=5250
do all 90 games at 105 points=9450....which i am never going to be able to do unless i had 100% crop harvest for the duration of the event!
SO....19800/105points per game=188.6 games.......24,770/105points per game=235.9 games.
you see the problem here?????
even if i did the find as many items in 60 seconds..which i've tried..and failed miserably at, i would come anywhere near to the amount of points needed for either of the trees!
drops aren't an issue....and you dont say that very often
the amount of crops needed to grow to mill enough to play 236 games, earning 105 points per game, is 91,804
how many % buffs, harvest bonuses and green nuke powder would you need to do that ....staggering...cant even begin to work it out

another impossible event when you break it down....but carrots dangling from sticks and fantastic unachievable rewards always lure in the gullible .....i know....i was one of them

ps...if my calculations are off, appologies....my head is fried from this event!

This is exactly my feelings. I would need to play an astronomical amount of games to even get any where.

I am not good at this mini game and average 90 per game because I wait until I have a lot of games to play and then can halfway memorize 3 scenes and finally do the find 60 which I tend to get 40-50 on and it beats the find 10 in score.

I would have loved to get the base SG tree for my lonely XL SG tree I have with no base tree to put it on but at my average, that would take almost 300 games just for the tree.

Just to finish the right hand side, I would need over 300 games or 121,000 crops, that is 101 harvest times 6 hours =25 days playing 24 hours a day non stop. They give us 6 days, impossible unless buying many baskets, super grow, party tickets (and having excellent luck on spins) and what ever else one needs.

 

Didn't start this event on this farm. Did on my farm that doesn't have forum access. Only used SG/SSG on initial 10 seeds. Only grew on 2x2 plots. Used CAC. So far I've played 15 games I think. I should be able to play one or two more games before the event ends.
