Feedback The Great Cheese Mystery

I loved this event for several reasons. I did not mind at all that it was asking for lots of stuff to donate for this event. As it helped me made Millions, Millions,Millions of CC in the market. It went in favour for me as i am Crop Hoard farmer.

Secondly i was able to donate stuff into at the start of this event, so happy with that option. As i am very happy to have this kind event again
This event should have been set to hard or very hard to Newbies

Love the layout and format. About to get rewards every 6 or 12 Hours. what i love best was donate 200 Power Puffs to cheese wheel to get instant rewards. I Loved it, so happy to gain useful stuff that will come so handy in many months of Farmerama.

I have done many events, the drop rate of Magnifying Glass was so poor no matter what you throw at it, surprising poor on very high level crops not made much of impact. No Issues with Soot at all.

Overall i am very happy camper

I was actually away while this event was on and was not sure whether I could take part - especially as it is difficult to do anything tricky using a tablet (inputting numbers, for example). I did all the usual things to prepare and during the event popped in about three times a day. I was okay for the Soot drops but the Magnifying Glasses were a worry. I didn't know whether to try to finish but once I made the decision, I used every tactic shown in the strategy thread to get those last Magnifying Glasses: Comfort Fields, refined Roses, PF, I threw the lot at it! I actually finished it the day before the end of the event - was traveling back home the day after and wouldn't have had time to wait for the milling.

On the negative side, I thought the drops of Magnifying Glasses were poor so it was necessary to use precious resources to overcome that and I did not like the milling, as usual, but the time for milling was especially long and tedious. This would put me off future events like this.

Once I had made the decision to participate and then again whether to try to finish, I found it really quite exciting - and a real challenge! - to coordinate everything to finish within my time available.

As it was, at the end of the event I had 80 Magnifying Glasses left over - probably would have made it with using PF, SG, etc, if I had been at home and able to play right up to the last minute!

 

I really enjoyed this event, although it was very difficult to finish (and I didn't). The very long mill time meant that I couldn't grow right up to the end. However, I loved the variety of prizes that were available, even without finishing.
