TY @Safe14 , yes we know... but some of us are still tackling it as tho we still have just the 5 days to complete it (for the challenge/fun of it ).

I need/want a little personal gratification out of finishing it "on time" to help sooth the sting that my CC purse took from buying all those extra trees LOL

 

I'm still planting crops for this. Need to turn all 3 fields as least twice more before I will have enough. I'm not behind on drops though. I've been restocking some of my longer crops on the main land so drops have been good.

I don't think I can do the step 4, which requires 40 jackknives. I am doing fine on drops, but I don't think I can get the crops with my seemingly tiny spit of land, lol. Debating if I should quit event crop or keep growing and maybe get enough crops, if I get it great, if not, no biggie. I do like that I could unlock bonnet cactus and have that as a nice nighttime crop now.

Without my generous neighbors and others, you know who you are, I am not stressing about drops, for once. I am seriously considering opening rainforest though, lol.

 

I got rather different results:
83 breedings with no delux pheremones got me 8 skips, or roughly a 9% chance of a skip
20 breedings with 1 delux pheromone got me 7 skips, or a 35% chance!

I think I was quite lucky with skips but there is a very clear difference for me.

 

I finally go for the last step(CR)

+100% all harvest 24 hr as well as also get a +1 crop harvest on latter time,
which let me get all the event crop need.
now only need to mill 7 jackknives (still need 63drops) with the time remain.
that’s not a problem.
Also, the #8 hidden treasure is banana (you will get 2 GB)

 

Just need about 200 more crops and 100 drops and will be done with this event. Should be over with the morning harvest.

 

Finished the event 2 days ago forgot to post opps Doing some breeding the I usual news hardly any skips

 

I need about 4,500 crops for the final three steps. I'm not stressing about it, while I have all my Baha land not allotted specifically, I am trying to hit all these timed quests at the same time. I know that I can manage three harvests of Giant Bamboo which is all I need to finish this event and two days left to do it. I already have enough drops!

I will finish the Apron Incident and make substantial dents in Hungry Statues and the Sick Volcano before the next event starts. Of course, if the next event doesn't include Baha, I will finish them all!

Dear Neighbours: Please do not send me any more drops, send them to others in need.

I'm 30 drops away from finishing too. I'm following Illy and trying to do all 3 timed Bahama quests at once. Already had to cancel one as I didn't think Seals were normal animals... silly me But Chewing away on them. If no Bahama event on Wednesday this should be a wrap before the weekend. Maybe I can even get them all done by Wednesday?

 

Yes, Moraine, this is what I like about this event - it allows us to do more than just grow, throw and repeat! Get something done around the old farm as well!

Mind you, a lot of my Baha is so tied up as all is reliant on doing everything in the right order so I'm getting itchy fingers ... I know I'm going to mess up, I just know it!

 

I'm done! Yeah! Now I can rebuild and put out the new stuff and mystery stables.

 

I did win 1 Rhino Hopefully he get s a brother, sister or cousin to join him soon

 

I am working my way thru level 5 just waiting on drops from mainland crops. I finished the wild about animals Saturday morning.

 

On Main farm got done with breeding yesterday. Waiting on a few more drops to be able to mill 3 more knives and then will be done.
I didn't spin before I harvested and planted all long crops. So what did I get. +1 for 6 hours (Twice) then a 200% crop bonus. None of my crops will be finished in time.

Second farm will get done half way on the Red Diamond event. Was able to get some trees. May be able to make another step or two.

 

35 hours left in the event & I have 3 steps to go. Hope I make it! I'm growing growing growing giant bamboo, ran out of CAC & briefly contemplated buying the recipe for PJ to make some to help finish this event quicker but saving my BBs for to buy CAC recipe when I hit level 4 in the Confectionery; so feeling the hurt from no harvest buffs, yikes. Not sure where I'm at on the amount of drops I still need because I've been concentrating on growing the giant bamboo & haven't done the math but I currently have 311 knife blades. Of course carnations are constantly out on main fields for optimal drop rate. Alarm set, no idle time between harvests. Congrats to those who have finished & good luck to those still working on it!!!

 

Last 3 steps require 20-20-10 jack knives. That's 500 knife blades, and 5000 crop. I'm cheering for you. I'm cheering for all farmers that still plant and doing the drop dance. YOU CAN DO IT!! Good luck

 

I didn't see this mentioned, but you can turn in any extra Giant Bamboo in the Recyclomat. I don't know if that's a mistake that will be fixed later or not, but for now it works. I have a field of it planted while nuking Star Flowers.

I just finished and will now go put out all the stables we have won! Fingers crossed I can get 1 Rhino!
I will not be doing the RE-Cyclo-mat event, so back to stocking my barns and farming! Good luck and Happy Farming to all!

 

Just finished as well. Threw a bunch of roses at the recyclomat and will use up one run at it to add to my coin collection. Never know what goodies may come up for sale.
Sanddollar - I have fingers and toes crossed for us both to get a rhino (although that is proving to be very uncomfortable)!
