the Last Candle has not shown to me.

    hi, I'm in trouble, could anyone help me? I'm Karu75 at level86.
    clicking the icon of A Bright New Quest in the NEWS, it leads me "The wolf next door" which is the first of my quests. I have tried to clean the cache, and tried IE and Google Chrome though, it leads to the same quest, that's why I have not started the Last Candle.

    sorry, I misunderstood but now got it because I just found the Last Candle in finishing events :D
    I completed the quest so quick that I have forgotten it!
