I'm sorry, just trying this gave me a petit anxiety attack, which was not alleviated at all by reading the FAQ!!! I am so put off by the level of complication and confusion that I already feel, that I think I'll just pretend there is no event running. I look forward to hearing how people who actually try this one feel during and after....

 

I absolutely adore this mini-game! It was confusing at first but now - we get to play a fun game, with no timer, no limits, no pressure! The dungeon is really well done, and there are many challenges, but the fact that the treasure chests do not cost anything is great, and that not all doors require keys! I do some archery in real life, so this is extra fun for me. Everything about this event is a win for me - the event crop graphic, the theme, the actual event mechanic - more like this please! *(the only thing that would make it even better is if there was a way that the map would say where we've already been, but getting lost is part of the fun, at least at this stage!)

Edit to add: I just realized that the doors on the map show as unlocked or solid! This is tremendously helpful!!!!!

 

I have lots of emotions about this, and I can see that the 'happy-kind' will win out in the end! This is real 'Dungeons+Dragons' stuff and seems well thought out. Good on you developers for taking on something this complicated and fun! I can burst the 'bad-balloon' where it cannot do any damage and if I don't, well all is not lost.

Edit: This got tedious because I missed opening a crate and couldn't find it.
Only one (red) teleport was useful.

I love this mini game too, it's like playing old childhood hits.

 

I quite enjoyed this event at the beginning but I found the mini-game became a little tedious towards the end, too many (for me). I found that a tip for standing on the platform to playe the game kept covering up the balloons so that might have made me get frustrated with it.

I liked the maze and it was quite a challenge to find out where you were and where you had been. I finished the maze but noticed I had missed two chests and had to go back to find them! It would be useful if on the map it showed how many chests had been found in each room.
Despite the above, I found the event very enjoyable with reasonable requirements, good prizes and, as always, excellent graphics.

 

I have finished. As usual the concept was wonderful but the mini games were mindblowingly boring. The ones with lots of boxes to clear were just click click click and hope for the best. If I wanted to play that sort of game I am sure I could find plenty on the internet. As Illy said the tip for standing on the platform obscured some of the boxes. Overall the prizes were good but just need adjustment on the actual mini game.

 

Almost done, I do like the graphics, but the mini game is boring and taking up to much time.
Also On the map it does not show what rooms are already done and the once left. Or I am in need of a new pair of glasses.

 

Got the cloud row up and running on both farms, just missing 1 key to open the last door and get the last few goodies. Didn't care much for the prizes there, +2 MM critters/products/trees are just crappy boosters, BP should make them go into the silver slots instead. Some XXL upgrade for MM trees that I had already made in Jack's shop wwwwwaaaaayyyyy back when they were introduced. The mini games were just painfully to long to play with no real fun. Popping 3 ballons for one silly water bucket is just not worth it. Some mini games were deliverying water so slowly with no other reason than to expend game play

The only good things offered were decend Moonlight Mania Givers that can finally be placed in the Haunted Manor! I understand the desire of the dev team to finally exploit all possibilities with Unity to create some new mini game with animations and movements, but I had glitches yet again playing it. I'd hit the "out" button", come back into the game and be warped into another room or things not loading. Mini games with a lot of waterbeds were just a pain to play with soooo many clicking for nothing worthwhile.

Since December 2023 I have to play the game with low quality graphics, no music and no animation and still having problems with the harvester and/or the game freezing/crashing/spinning daisies of death. I almost never use the web based game now because I cannot harvest all my fields in the morning without the game freezing or crashing Windows iteself (I use firefox and Edge is a big no no for me). Same happens with the standalone client too. This new type of event didn't made this a better game to play, not for me anyway.

 

Love this game but if they could somehow turn map to show you that you have completed everything in that room. Somehow I played game but didn't open crate in some rooms and had to go back thru entire maze to find it.

 

I do not like new mini-game. Only positive thing was that they were free after entering the room.

 

The mini game was ok at first, but became just stupid clicking over and over and over and over. Not at all fun. The map is unhelpful to say the least. I didn't find the prizes that great either.

 

I had lots of Glitches Playing the mini games , After played mini game was unable unlock Treasure Chest I had to keep refreshing the game

I enjoyed this mini game, something different, Not too many mini games needed to be played compared to some events

I love the MAP feature tells you where you are, which doors not unlocked etc

The CR no great benefit, Only best prizes are the Givers , But you need to give us more better prizes that what we can make in Jacks Shop or give us useful prizes that we can't make in Jacks Shop

 

I enjoyed this mini game very much except some rooms it felt tedious because of the amount of balloons with weeds in some rows erasing the plants but getting more than enough water in the other rows.

The entire event was fun and enjoyable.

The map was great so you could know where to try next but wish it showed better where you missed a chest. I had to go looking for one chest after all the rooms were finished but the event wasn't

Some prizes were good and some were okay but not interesting.

 

First event as a returning player, overal fairly enjoyed it.

The mini game got a bit teadious at the end imo. Also it felt a little to grindy for my taste.

The maze was fun

 

Finished this event on all three of my farms and have to say I really enjoyed it. It was challenging and at first I thought the crop requirements were a bit high but then realised we had an extra day of growing so all good there. The mini game was fun and I LOVED it when Helgrid did her happy dance after some of them. I also had the issue of the tip coming up and covering the flower beds while playing which was annoying so maybe that could be fixed. I did find if I moved my mouse up to the top of Helgrid's head it disappeared but there were a couple of games that had the chest there so I got that tip instead.

I did get hopelessly lost a few times (but I think that was the point) and I didn't find the map very useful but at least the list on the side of it told me I still had rooms to explore. I was very glad though that I got a pop-up box at the end that told me when I was totally finished. I also didn't find the portals very helpful when I was lost except once when I was looking for the Ruby room and used the red portal which took me straight there. Apart from that they just seemed to take me back to the start I think. I was quite happy with the goodies I collected (some more than others, LOL).

Overall a thumbs up from me, great job BP

 

First event in about 14 years of playing that I never even played 1 mini game. Only grew 24k of event plants....but came down with the flu....and was too anxious to try a new mini game.
What a complete waste of time!
I'm sorry to be a downer......didn't realize I had run out of time.
Looking forward to some new baha content.....the islands have been a complete bore(snooze-fest) for years now.
