    Hello
    I read the FAQ about it *but* what I don't see is ....
    If I place EP giver items on it, does the Lighthouse "park" give ONLY     ep? In other words, no tep.

    as the lighthouse is part of your main farm it will give ep only.
    tep is only given out on items placed on the tropical islands / bahamrama.
    if a giver gives both ep or tep you need to decide which you want to collect, ep or tep then place it on the corresponding land.
