    Is there any reason why the deco item "The Most Beautiful Tree" cannot be placed on a cloud row?

    The Most Beautiful Tree is a limited charge item. Have you used all the charges? Charged items cannot be placed on cloud rows.

    I think it should be available to use in the clouds. So, unless and until it is, then I guess that's all.
